Appliance Repair Technician / Delivery & Installation Associate - $17.00+ (DOE)

Location: LaPorte, Valparaiso, and Michigan City, IN
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Appliance Repair Technician / Delivery & Installation Associate . This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining in-shop appliance repair with in-home delivery and installation services.

Key Responsibilities

Appliance Repair (2 days/week - LaPorte shop):

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild used household appliances
Test equipment and replace parts as needed to prepare units for resale
Provide repair cost estimates and assist with ordering parts
Maintain accurate service records and update computer systems

Delivery & Installation (3 days/week):

Deliver and install appliances in customers' homes
Ensure proper setup, functionality, and customer satisfaction
Safely transport and handle appliances in various environments
Assist with additional duties and cross-training as needed

Schedule

Day shift
Must be available to work Saturdays
Schedule may align with retail/sales staff hours
Work locations include LaPorte, Valparaiso, and Michigan City

Qualifications

Prior appliance repair, delivery, or installation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
Clean background required for in-home service work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Physically capable of bending, lifting, climbing, and performing manual labor
Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $17.00/hour , with higher pay based on experience
Weekly pay
