Skinner Law Firm is a fast‑paced, client‑focused plaintiffs’ law firm seeking a highly organized Litigation Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in our Consumer Rights Litigation Department . This role is essential to ensuring seamless scheduling, reliable communication, and professional coordination with clients, courts, and legal service providers.

$18 hourly

• Coordinate schedules for depositions, mediations, client meetings, and attorney appointments.
• Manage Calendly and track scheduling conflicts and deadlines.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, courts, and legal vendors.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files.
• Prepare basic correspondence and handle outgoing mail.
• Arrange travel logistics for attorneys.
• Provide general administrative and case support to attorneys and paralegals.

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
