Frontier Direct Care in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is expanding with new clinics. We seek Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who want full-scope primary care with clinical autonomy. You’ll manage a defined patient panel, have 30–60 minute visits, and work with a dedicated medical team. In this DPC model, there’s no RVU pressure or fee-for-service billing.
