Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in a rural healthcare facility. This assignment involves providing acute care in a fast-paced emergency department with a capacity of 23 beds. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care while managing a typical patient ratio of approximately 4 or 5 to 1, within a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 4 days per week, shift hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state, valid ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications, de-escalation training, 0+ years of ER experience, and experience with Cerner electronic medical records preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a fast-paced rural emergency department, with orientation dependent on years of experience. The facility has 23 beds and may require float to Starke Hospital Emergency Department. Travelers must attach required licenses and certifications along with a drivers license and matching home address. Active licensure and ability to work greater than 50 miles from the facility are mandatory; local candidates are not accepted.
