We're currently seeking a clinical director who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. As a clinical director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care and inspirational clinical leadership to our team of clinicians.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for two sites: Clarity Clinic River North and Evanston locations or Clarity Clinic Loop and Mokena locations.
• Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload
• Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors)
• Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training
• Group supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role
• Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or licensed clinical psychologist.
• Passion for patient-centered care
