Data Governance Specialist

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data, the fully remote Data Governance & Process Specialist will manage data quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Raw Material Planning while collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory and financial processes. Key responsibilities Own procurement and raw material planning master data governance, ensuring compliance with corporate standards Develop KPIs and governance routines to measure data quality and process performance, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Serve as the SAP business lead for master data governance activities, supporting continuous improvement and process standardization efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Master Data, or ERP systems Strong demonstrated abilities with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP products Experience with data governance, master data management, and cross-functional process improvement Relevant certifications such as SAP MM, SAP MDG, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent preferred
