Description Department: BT/RBT Location: Albuquerque Center Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour RBT / Behavior Technician – Full-Time, Mon–Fri Days, Clinic-Based | Paid Training Location: Albuquerque Center 8300 Jefferson St. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87114 Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Why Join Autism Learning Collaborative? PTO that grows with you, usable for any holiday, personal observance, or time off that matters to you Clinic-based: no driving between homes, with a BCBA on site Raises every quarter based on performance and attendance, so you don't wait a year to grow your pay What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in our clinic Implement treatment plans designed by your BCBA, who supervises and coaches you on site Collect session data and share progress with families Requirements: High school diploma or GED (a Bachelor's in a related field is a plus) Experience with kids is preferred but not required. Teachers, nannies, childcare workers, and camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
