Azar Design Co., a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, surveying, environmental, and construction management firm with ov er 45 years of experience, is seeking talented Senior Architectural Design Professionals to support a growing portfolio of high-profile public and private sector projects throughout New York City and New York State. Candidates with experience in Aviation, Laboratory & Life Sciences, Healthcare / Medical Facilities, Higher Education, Commercial, Government / Public Agency Projects, and Transportation Infrastructure are highly encouraged to apply. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program Advanced proficiency in Revit Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Must have a strong understanding and experience in: Construction document preparation Building materials and assembly Building codes and zoning regulations Technical specifications Construction methods and detailing Design presentations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Facade Today
