Job Title: Director of Rehabilitation

Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Director of Rehabilitation for an exciting permanent opportunity in Belle Fourche, SD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
• Supervise and support therapy staff, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Oversee documentation accuracy, quality assurance, and clinical audits
• Support staff development, training, and performance evaluations
• Drive departmental efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) required
• South Dakota license or eligibility for licensure required
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation department
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
• Experience managing multidisciplinary therapy teams
