Physical Therapist - PACS Skyline Heights

This position offers a day shift with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at PACS Skyline Heights. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans for patients to improve their physical function and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapist license and have relevant experience in a clinical setting.
