Your days will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club toursEnsure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for membersSupport front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiriesResolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is neededPrepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for familiesYour Perks:Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership401kDiscounts on all Chuze retail and Chuze Blends purchasesChuzer Referral Incentive ProgramFree First Aid/CPR and food handler certificationsEngaging and dynamic work environment with growth opportunitiesYour Skills:Requirements:Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in personTeam-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedbackStrong attention to detail and multitasking skillsAbility to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as neededPreferences:Previous customer service experienceHigh school graduate or equivalentBilingualPhysical Abilities:Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in EnglishAbility to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipmentAbility to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when neededDue to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
