Dental Hygienist

Role: Dental Hygienist Responsibilities: Provide exceptional patient care as an integral part of the dental team, perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and support education initiatives. Utilize advanced tools such as digital x-rays, digital scanners, Velscope, and Diagnodent to enhance patient diagnostics. Participate in continuous learning through mentorship programs and educational offerings to develop clinical skills and promote preventative care. Qualifications & Skills: Current dental hygienist license in MN, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and patient screening. Preferred experience includes familiarity with digital tools and a desire to grow professionally. Key Duties & Support: Deliver high-quality patient care with access to top supplies, mentorship, business support, and ongoing education. Maintain physical requirements such as sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Adhere to safety protocols, including TB testing.
