Pay: $12.00/hr Job Summary Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensure efficient operations, and meet quality standards. Essential Job Functions Punctuality and dependability. Greet donors courteously, unload and transport donations into the ADC. Thank donors and offer tax receipts. Assist truck drivers with unloading/loading donations. Follow training manual for donation categorization and use of supplies. Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas. Ensure equipment and property are in good condition. Coordinate with Donation Centers Manager on supplies. Review daily communications. Open and secure ADC at shift start/end. Prepare and submit daily reports and inventories. Attend required meetings and training. Follow policies and procedures, work independently, adhere to safety policies. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to communicate in English. Lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver 200 pounds, operate computer and handle textiles/donated goods. Work Environment Combination of outside and climate-controlled environment.
