Compliance SpecialistAs a Compliance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in overseeing the MaineGeneral Health Compliance Program, supporting departments with expert guidance and ensuring alignment with the federal and state regulations. Regulations are complex and always changing. It's important to have solid research skills to find reliable sources to uncover information and answer stakeholder questions quickly and accurately. Even-keeled manner, possess self-awareness, and base decisions on your analysis of fact. Background in a health system's Revenue Cycle operations is highly preferred. Moderate understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.Compensation Information:$66,768 - $116,854The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
