We re looking for an Assembly Production Supervisor to join our CGC Cards division and lead a high-performing team responsible for the encapsulation and assembly of collectible cards in our Sarasota, FL offices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:

• Lead and manage a team of 30+ assembly operators to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Identify potential new methods and opportunities to further develop in-place processes and partner in continued professionalization initiatives.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to established SOPs and quality control measures.
• Implement and maintain Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze production KPIs, partnering with senior leadership to adjust plans and optimize performance.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate across other company divisions, and multiple leadership levels, including Supervisors, Senior Managers, Directors, and the COO.
• Support training and development initiatives for team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Participate in overtime opportunities as needed to meet production demands.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 10%).

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required.
• Proven experience managing large teams in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of production equipment such as sonic welders and manual vises.
• Proficiency in computer programs including Excel, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
• Experience implementing quality control initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across leadership levels.
• Deep knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
