• Location: Dublin, Ohio (Onsite)

• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

• Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

As a Medical Device Assembler , you'll play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality medical devices used by healthcare professionals worldwide. This is an opportunity to bring precision, care, and craftsmanship to work that truly matters.

What You'll Do

• Assemble medical device components using detailed instructions, drawings, and specifications

• Prepare parts, perform assembly, testing, and package finished products to customer and regulatory standards

• Follow Bills of Material, work orders, visual aids, and production documentation to ensure accuracy

• Perform processes such as soldering, crimping, bonding, taping, sealing, coiling, and mechanical assembly

• Inspect components and finished goods throughout the process and report quality concerns

• Accurately document work using labor sheets, check sheets, and production records

• Use basic computer systems to review instructions and operate production equipment

• Support line clearance, material handling, and inventory processes

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while participating in safety programs

• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for quality, efficiency, and safety

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic calculations

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to distinguish colors and follow detailed instructions

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 months of manufacturing or production experience

• Familiarity with medical device regulations, lean manufacturing, or assembly processes

• Experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment

• Ability to identify nonconforming components and escalate appropriately

• Sound judgment when addressing safety concerns

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
