Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse outpatient caseload.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist role focuses on enhancing the well-being of a varied client population including adults, families, and couples. You will work closely with clients experiencing mental health challenges, particularly those related to chronic pain and trauma. Your expertise will assist them in navigating their emotional landscapes, facilitating healing through tailored cognitive-behavioral strategies and acceptance-based therapies.

Qualifications\n

• Current License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required; advanced degrees preferred.

• Proficiency in clinical assessment techniques and treatment interventions, particularly for chronic pain conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
