Must be ASHP Accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residency trained.Must have (or be eligible for) a VT pharmacist license.Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Must have completed a Teaching Certificate.Must be eligible to sit for board certification (BCACP or CSP).Must be CITI Program (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) trained.Must have experience with: (i) Epic; (ii) navigating insurance access issues for specialty medications, infusions, and non-specialty medications; (iii) writing appeal letters for insurance denials; (iv) educating pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, providers, and nurses; and (v) quality improvement projects.Experience can be concurrent.SummaryLocation: Burlington, VTType: Full time
