Job Summary

Clean Team is currently hiring a dependable Part-Time Evening Cleaner in Lima, Ohio. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value consistency, and understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

This position is responsible for providing routine cleaning and sanitation services within a professional facility. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

No prior cleaning experience is required. Paid training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

• Refill soap dispensers, paper products, and other facility supplies

• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, counters, and other visible areas

• Sanitize high-touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, and handrails

• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards

• Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment

• Report maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or facility issues to management

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on site

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver's license required

• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks

• Cleaning experience is helpful but not required

• Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
