Working closely with the Store Manager, you will contribute to meeting or surpassing sales targets, upholding exceptional customer service standards, assisting with inventory management, and motivating a team of dedicated, customer-oriented associates. Your collaborative and supportive approach will be key to maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the store. Position Information This role supports a Lacoste concession in Macy's Herald Square. Key Responsibilities Operational Assistance: Help oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Support: Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and contribute to analyzing sales data for growth opportunities. Team Leadership: Assist in guiding, coaching, and developing the store team, fostering a positive work environment. Customer Service Focus: Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer queries and issues with professionalism. Inventory Oversight: Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organizing. Merchandising and Presentation: Collaborate in ensuring the store's visual appeal and adherence to brand standards. Administrative Support: Assist with budget management and compliance with company policies and safety standards. Requirements / Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role. Demonstrated ability in supporting a team and store operations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Effective communication and organizational skills. Experience in using retail management software and MS Office. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced retail environment. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
