Patient Enrollment Specialist's Main Objective

Overall, the Patient Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining all activities related to patient contact for new and current clinical trial participants.

• Connect patients to new treatment opportunities in our clinical trials
• Manage inbound patient, client, and other stakeholder calls with professionalism and care
• Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed and compassionate conversations
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes

Skills Needed to Win

• Required: 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience counts!)
• Required: A polished, people-oriented communication style
• Preferred: Experience with high-volume inbound calls
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or a related field
• Preferred: Experience in administration, healthcare, sales, or customer service
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Job Details

• Job type: Full-time, 40+ hours
• Location : On-site in New Orleans, LA
• Compensation: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
