• Pay Rate: $45/h
• Duration: 6 Months (possible extension)

About the Role

SiriusXM Media is seeking a highly organized and creative Events Specialist / B2B Experiential Marketing professional to support the planning and execution of high-impact client-facing events, hospitality experiences, and branded activations. This role will partner closely with Sales, Sponsorships, and Marketing teams to deliver premium experiences that strengthen advertiser relationships and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of B2B customer events, experiential activations, hospitality programs, and branded experiences
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, timelines, production, and onsite execution for client-facing experiences
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sponsorships, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and premium customer experiences
• Assist with event communications, invitations, signage, swag, presentation materials, and post-event reporting
• Track budgets, manage project coordination activities, and support performance measurement and event recaps
• Help create thoughtful, engaging, and high-quality experiences aligned with SiriusXM Media’s brand standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment while adapting to changing priorities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, client engagement, or event operations
• Experience coordinating B2B events and client-facing activations
• Strong experience with vendor management, event logistics, project coordination, and budget tracking
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly organized, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with strong operational execution skills
• Comfortable supporting high-profile customer experiences and advertiser relationships
• Open to moderate domestic travel for onsite event support as needed
• Entertainment, media, or advertising industry experience is a plus, but not required
