(HBS) isgrowing and isseeking two Associate Attorneysto join its expandingcivillitigation practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, work alongside experienced litigators, contribute to case strategy and development, and build strong relationships with firm clients. SeekingAssociate Attorneys with 1-2 years’ experience inlitigation with a focus ongeneral liability and/or medical malpractice;transferrable litigation experiencesarewelcome.Candidates must be active members in good standing of the GeorgiaBar . Responsibilities: Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions Effectively communicate with clients about their cases, providing consistent updates and comprehensive legal advice Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare legal documents, and prepare and respond to discovery Collaborateclosely with partners, associates, and other team members in building and executing successful defense strategies Qualifications: Active membership in good standing with the GeorgiaBar Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Strong interest in attending trial andutilizinglitigation skills Ability to develop and executedefenselitigation strategies, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage case responsibilities Compensation: Salarystarting at$125,000, commensurate with experience, two bonus structures,plusan excellentcomprehensive benefits package.
