Our Story

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. We craft gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls using refined local ingredients — all served with a smile in a warm, vibrant atmosphere.

We build organizations where people are inspired to better their lives and the lives of others. Delicious is in the Details — and so is everything we do.

If you have a can-do spirit and a hunger for growth, come join our team. Great food. Great people. Great fun.
