Data Center Technician - Manchester

Salary: $37,440 - 37,440 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or GED.
• We look for at least 1 year of hands-on or technical experience.
• We expect a basic understanding of networks and IP addresses.
• We value comfort with learning new systems and entering data accurately.
• We need someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and willing to perform physical work.
• Experience with ASIC miners or similar equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Foreman or BTC Tools is preferred.
• Network setup or troubleshooting experience is beneficial.
• You must live in Iowa and be able to commute daily to our Manchester, IA site.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. because we do not sponsor visas.
• The role may require a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• You must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, working in tight spaces, and being outdoors in all weather conditions.

• We track and close work tickets promptly.
• We prioritize machines that need immediate attention.
• We keep accurate records in Foreman and other systems.
• We carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• We diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• We read miner logs and resolve performance problems.
• We address overheating, replace filters, and maintain efficient machine operation.
• We monitor machines using Foreman and BTC Tools.
• We troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
• We set up IP addresses and bring new miners online.
• We assist with setting up miners and pods.
• We keep the site clean, organized, and secure.
