Director Cardiovascular Services FT

We are seeking an experienced Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead and coordinate the operational, clinical, and administrative functions of assigned cardiovascular service lines. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care while aligning departmental performance with hospital strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

• Direct and coordinate cardiovascular service line operations to meet hospital objectives
• Ensure execution of the hospital Plan for the Provision of Patient Care
• Implement standards and evaluate quality of nursing and respiratory care services
• Oversee departmental operations, staffing, and performance outcomes
• Lead development and execution of cardiovascular programs and services
• Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership on strategic initiatives
• Support community healthcare needs through service line development
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor s degree required (Master s degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
• At least 2 years of experience in cardiovascular or specialty service line required
• Prior management experience required
• Active RN license required (multi-state compact license preferred)
• BLS (AHA) certification required within 7 days of hire
• Strong leadership and operational management experience
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams

• Must have relevant experience in Cath Lab or cardiovascular services preferred/required depending on assignment review
