Commercial Real Estate Manager

Role Overview

This remote independent contractor role uses your experience in commercial real estate, property valuation, feasibility studies, lease analysis, market analysis, and property management to improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
• Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and develop realistic property management scenarios.
• Work with subject matter experts to assess property management practices and industry standards.
• Write clear, detailed explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for data-training purposes.
• Identify relevant legal and regulatory nuances affecting commercial real estate in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to support accurate, high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate insights clearly with project managers and technical teams to maintain alignment on objectives and requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, property management strategies, market analysis, and commercial property appraisals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams, with adaptability and professionalism in a remote work environment.
• Experience with AI, data-training, or technology-driven real estate projects is preferred.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Minimum availability of 10+ hours per week.
• Preference for candidates based in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Exceptional professionals in Europe or Latin America will also be considered.

Compensation

$40 to $65 per hour.
