Commercial Real Estate Manager

Role Overview

Apply commercial real estate expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical training input, evaluations, and feedback. This remote contractor role draws on real-world knowledge of property valuation, feasibility, leasing, market analysis, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
• Review commercial lease agreements and help create realistic property management scenarios.
• Work with other subject matter experts to evaluate property management practices and industry standards.
• Produce clear, detailed written explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for training data.
• Identify relevant legal and regulatory nuances affecting commercial real estate in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Communicate insights with project managers and technical teams to align on project objectives and requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
• Commercial real estate expertise, including property valuation, feasibility studies, lease agreement analysis, market analysis, commercial property appraisals, and property management strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams, plus adaptability and professionalism in a remote work environment.
• Experience with AI, data training, or technology-driven real estate projects is preferred.

Work Terms

• Remote, independent contractor engagement.
• Minimum availability of 10+ hours per week.
• Preferred candidate locations are the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Exceptional professionals in Europe or Latin America will also be considered.

Compensation

$40 to $65 per hour.
