Dental Assistant (Expanded Function

Duties
Help
Restore teeth prepared by dentist with permanent or temporary fillings.
Support dentist in endodontic treatments.
Obtain intra and extra oral radiographs with dental x-ray equipment.
Perform supra-gingival stain and calculus removal and scale teeth in accordance with acceptable practices.
Complete coronal polishing and placement of temporary restorations for dental patients.
