Material Handler III
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with a comprehensive warehouse reorganization and clean-up project
- Support the redesign and reconfiguration of the parts cage area
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties, including sweeping, debris removal, and organizing materials
- Build, tear down, and reconfigure warehouse racking and storage areas
- Label parts, bins, racks, and locations to improve organization and inventory flow
- Support receiving activities, including unloading shipments, verifying materials, and moving products to designated locations
- Assist with shipping activities such as picking, staging, and preparing materials for outbound shipments
- Safely move materials throughout the warehouse using approved material handling equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and projects lead to meeting project timelines.
Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience
Education/Experience:
- Labeling, organizing, and handling parts
- Warehouse, material handling, or general labor
