Key Lead: Retail Floor Leader & Customer Experience
A&F Stores, Inc.
A&F Stores, Inc. is looking for a Key Lead for the Town of Florida. This role acts as the Floor Supervisor, ensuring that all customers receive quality in-store experience. You will provide guidance to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to drive store performance through customer service and team achievements in sales.
The position requires a high school diploma and preferably 1 year of retail experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer focus, adaptivity, and effective communication skills.
