REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - MEDICAL SURGICAL | PER DIEM (DAY SHIFT) JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical for a per diem opportunity. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer treatments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Day Shift

PAY

• Pay Rate: 43.20-50.40 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS Certification
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform patient assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote patient safety and quality care
