Responsibilities Conduct assessments and re-assessments as neededDevelop, write, implement, and update treatment plansConduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses as needed and write corresponding Behavior Intervention PlansProvide supervision, training, and mentorship to a team of Behavior TechniciansCollaborate with interdisciplinary team to facilitate optimum intervention plansSeek out professional development opportunities Qualifications Master’s degree required.Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of ConnecticutBoard Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and/or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA)Willingness to travel preferred.
