Job Summary

The Medical Referral Specialist provides a variety of office and administrative support services including greeting and coordinating patient referrals, assisting with insurance screening, processing referrals, and performing other general office duties.

Education – High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience – One (1) year experience in healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Fluent in English and other language(s) preferred.

Other Requirement(s) - Fluent in English: additional fluency in other languages is valued. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
