Home Health OT: Restore Function & Independence
CareRing Health, LLC
CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide professional OT services in clients' homes within Virginia. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs, educate clients and caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and case managers to optimize function and independence.
Responsibilities include evaluating progress, documenting outcomes, and supervising OTAs and HH Aides.
