As a registered nurse serving two school sites on alternating days, you'll play a crucial role in assisting students and staff with medical needs and ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required; School Nurse Credential preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel between two school locations (alternating days)
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexible mindset and ability to quickly learn and follow school health protocols
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Previous school-based nursing experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, emergency interventions, and first aid to students and staff during school hours
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor chronic health conditions according to medical protocols
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized health care plans
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation while safeguarding confidentiality
• Participate in school health screenings, immunization tracking, and education on wellness practices
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and work locations as assigned
