AMS - Accounts Payable and Reimbursements Shared Services Center Leader Hybrid position based in San Jose. Full-time role in the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) leadership team, focused on employment reimbursement, accounts payable, and fixed asset management policy and process development, balancing efficiency and risk. Responsibilities Responsible for the overall operation and optimization of the Financial Shared Service Center team in the Americas region. Upgrade the financial system and procedures according to financial management standards and the requirements of overseas business. Familiar with AMS policies and regulations; establish a mechanism for quality control, manage risk and provide advice from the perspective of internal control. Respond actively to business demands, assess reasonableness, and offer professional advice and support. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Prior experience leading Finance shared services teams; Employment Reimbursement, Accounts Payable, and/or Fixed Asset Management. Familiar with AMS accounting systems and rules as well as basic laws. Ability to adapt to a diverse work culture; excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit; ability to collaborate with domestic and overseas departments. At least 5+ years of experience leading a dedicated FSSC or Accounts Payable team. Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system and financial documents. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in financial management for multinational corporations. Experience in establishing a Financial Shared Service Center overseas or from TMT industries. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated on hire).
