Customer Service Representative Our pay rate is competitive based on the Client's desire for the best overall value. Pay rate is determined based on skills required, years of experience, and specific Client requirements. Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge: Previous customer service, administrative, or clerical experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with computers and learning specialized systems Ability to follow detailed procedures and established guidelines Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient and courteous while working with a high volume of customers Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent service and accuracy Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide professional, courteous assistance Review customer paperwork for completeness and accuracy Manage customers through the designated queuing system Conduct and grade vision tests according to established procedures Accurately enter passing vision test results into the computer system Assist customers with self-service kiosks Take photographs for driver's licenses and other required identification Proctor tests and ensure established testing procedures are followed Follow all applicable procedures for handling customer information and documentation Maintain a professional and welcoming environment while assisting customers throughout the day Offers are contingent upon successful completion of background check requirements. No parking is provided at this location. Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
