About The Company Found Talent is partnering with a growing technology company to recruit a Senior C# .NET Developer. You’ll join an experienced Agile team working across new products and established platforms, with the scope to influence technical decisions and support the company’s continued growth. About The Role This is a hands-on development role focused on creating new software and improving existing products. You’ll contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from early discussions and design through implementation, testing and release. Greenfield projects will give you the opportunity to help establish technical approaches, while work on existing platforms will allow you to make improvements that support their ongoing development. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also provide practical technical guidance to colleagues and stakeholders across the business. This may include explaining potential solutions, assessing what is achievable and helping estimate the time and effort required. You’ll collaborate with the team to review emerging technologies and recommend options that offer genuine value. The role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, sharing ideas and balancing sound engineering with business needs. Qualifications Strong commercial experience developing applications with C# and .NET. Commercial experience working with Microsoft Azure. Experience contributing to software development across the lifecycle, from design through to release. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Sound judgement when assessing technical options and making recommendations. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of an Agile team. Angular experience would be useful, but it is not essential. You should be comfortable working on both new development and improvements to existing software. The company is looking for a developer who can take a considered approach to problem-solving, contribute constructively to technical discussions and help the wider team deliver reliable, maintainable products. Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver new products and features using C# .NET and Azure. Contribute to Greenfield projects, helping shape their technical design and implementation. Improve and maintain existing platforms in line with product and business needs. Take part in the full development process, from early planning and design to testing and release. Work closely with an experienced Agile team to plan, build and deliver software. Provide technical advice to colleagues and stakeholders, including guidance on feasibility, options and delivery estimates. Evaluate new technologies with the team and recommend those that are suitable for the company’s needs. Share knowledge and contribute to a positive, collaborative development culture.
