Job Description:


- Location: Experience the stunning landscapes of Napa Valley, where outdoor adventures and luxurious relaxation await.
- Role: Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients or assigned groups, adhering to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervision: Lead and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, ensuring comprehensive care coordination with other disciplines.
- Critical Thinking: Utilize professional discretion, critical thinking, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care.


Key Responsibilities:


- Collect and analyze relevant data related to patient health and situations.
- Develop a care plan that prescribes effective interventions.
- Implement the care plan, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Promote a safe and healthy environment while evaluating progress toward patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers for holistic care.
- Provide learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately among healthcare team members.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:


- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of recent experience, specifically in a Cath Lab environment that includes structural heart, vascular, diagnostic, Impella, ECMO, and emergent cath cases.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy.
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
- Additional Skills: Must have EPIC experience and be available for call two days per week and 1-2 weekends per month.
