Junior Product Manager (Digital Operations)

Our technology client in NYC is looking for a Junior Product Manager (Digital Operations) to support digital product workflows, enhance operational efficiency and drive the success of web-based products. This remote role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and seamless user experiences across various digital platforms. Position Details Temporary/contract role. Pay Rate: $30.00/hour Responsibilities Manage the bi‑weekly channel change process across .com properties and digital channels. Organize and maintain large volumes of digital data and assets (500+ channels, artists, logos, package variations) using spreadsheets and a new CMS. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges. Assist in preparing for new product feature rollouts, ensuring operational readiness. Identify areas for improvement in workflows and contribute to automation initiatives (interest in AI or automation is a plus). Create and maintain documentation for digital product processes and provide training to team members. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital product operations or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, analytics). Strong spreadsheet skills and experience managing high‑volume data. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills. Interest in music is a plus (helps identify data inconsistencies). Curiosity about automation or AI is beneficial for future role development. Ideal Candidate A junior‑level professional with great attention to detail and comfort managing large datasets.
