We currently have openings for Hospitality Aides. The successful qualified candidates will be part of an incredible team that helps to ensure that each of our residents is given the best quality of care and wonderful stay that they expect and deserve. This is a unique opportunity for candidates wanting to dip their toes into the long term care settings to see if they would be a good fit to care for elderly patients in a nursing home environment. Whether you are a high school student wondering if nursing will be a good career path, or if you're currently in the work force in another field but have always wondered if you'd like a career assisting and caring for the elderly, this would be the opportunity for you! We would invite you to join our CNA's and nursing staff on the floor to help out with every day responsibilities that they take to help assist our residents. Then if this is something you think you would be great at and that you would thoroughly enjoy, we would love to compensate you to take the actual CNA course and work with us on a higher nursing level! Please understand that this is a level entry position where you would start out with a base pay, then we would increase your wage after achieving higher certificates. This is a rare opportunity to try out the healthcare career you've been thinking about while also being offered compensation to get more training and education that will get you one step further ahead.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan

• Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs

• Maintain current certification by attending & participating in training and educational classes

• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
