Our organization is looking for a full-time, experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who is board-certified or board-eligible to lead our established outpatient Primary Care practice in the delightful town of Caribou, Maine. Geriatric specialists are also welcome to apply.

• Position is hospital-employed

• Shared call responsibilities among Primary Care physicians

• Outstanding leadership support available at both local and system levels

• Access to a 24/7 Hospitalist team for all admissions

• * Base salary ranging from $235,000 to $250,000, with potential for additional earnings based on productivity and quality incentives.

• * The stated compensation range reflects what we anticipate for this role and may not encompass all additional compensation elements, such as call pay and leadership stipends.

• Generous student loan reimbursement of $20,000 per year with no cap
