Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
