Position Summary Deloitte offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients on complex manufacturing challenges. In this role, you will support organizations as they modernize operations through shop floor digitization, manufacturing execution capabilities, and digital supply chain solutions. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value.You will work closely with operations leaders, plant managers, and IT teams to design and implement solutions that enhance production efficiency, quality, visibility, and traceability across the manufacturing value chain.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related discipline3+ years of experience in core manufacturing processes and plant floor equipment and operationsSQL experienceAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Experience with electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, or non-conformance managementExperience with enterprise resource planning, automation, or data platform integrationExperience supporting testing, deployment, training, or user adoption activitiesProject Experience in Industrial Automation platforms (Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and/or Process Historians (real-time database)Apriso experienceExperience configuring, maintaining and resolving centralized collection systems via high level communication protocols (OPC-UA/DA, MQTT, et al)Experience with Manufacturing Executing System (MES) configuration and implementationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,100 to $179,500.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
