The Hustle Engage: Proactively approach 100+ people per shift in Houston’s busiest malls and pop-up events. Educate: Clearly explain World ID and the Orb experience using friendly, simple language. Onboard: Guide users through the app download and a 3–7 minute verification at the Orb. Exceed: Hit daily targets (50–125+ sign-ups) and maintain high-quality service scores. Represent: Rock branded apparel and build positive vibes with venue partners. The Perks Competitive Pay: $14–$30/hour ( base + commission depending on experience and performance). Massive Bonus Potential: Earn $400–$900+ per day at high-volume sites through performance incentives. Flexibility: 4–8 hour shifts (Full-time or Part-time) focused on peak evenings and weekends. Paid Training: A 4-hour onboarding session to get you fully prepped on Orb operations and brand mission.
