• This full-time position requires a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to assist with clinical procedures and manage administrative tasks under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active licensure in New York.
• 1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Phlebotomy skills (Preferred).
• Ability to work Saturdays and evenings.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and patient-centered approach.

Qualifications:
• Exhibits professional integrity.
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers or low-resource settings.
• Experience in caring for individuals with homelessness, HIV, or substance use challenges.
• Experience in gender-affirming care environments.
• Experience in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Strong working knowledge of generic office software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French (Preferred).
