Quality Engineer II

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer II to join their team. As a Quality Engineer II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting product development and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Engineer II Location: Temecula, CA Pay Range: $35-$40/hr on w2 What's the Job? Provide process and quality engineering support to Incoming Inspection activities and equipment qualifications to ensure delivery of high-quality products. Assist product development teams by developing product quality plans, specifications, and control systems to maintain product excellence. Identify and control incoming inspection activities by participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain risk analysis tools such as FMEAs, and support process monitoring systems to reduce defects and improve quality. Contribute to the creation of quality tools and training materials, and support validation of test methods to ensure product conformity. What's Needed? Ability to read technical drawings and understand statistical sampling methods. Experience in helping incoming inspectors identify material issues. Strong understanding of process monitoring and quality control principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
