What You'll Do as a Shift Leader As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in keeping our store operations running like clockwork. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Oversee and support team members during your shift to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain a positive and productive work environment by motivating and guiding your team. Handle opening and/or closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks. Assist in ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times. Tackle any challenges that arise during your shift with a cool head and a problem-solving mindset. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire your team. A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first attitude and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
