You will collaborate with the care team to support safe, recovery-focused treatment plans while maintaining regulatory and patient safety standards. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,788–$1,854 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts Start date: 09/25/2026 Setting: Inpatient psychiatric care environment Quick Start: Fast onboarding when possible Billing string: Medefis (as noted in contract details) Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting, including assessments, monitoring, and safety interventions Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic effects and adverse reactions, documenting in the electronic health record Implement and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; respond to changes in patient status Apply de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; participate in crisis intervention as needed Document shifts, handoffs, and patient progress according to policy; ensure accurate and compliant charting and reporting Requirements Active Oklahoma RN license to practice BLS certification required; ability to maintain as needed Minimum 1 year of RN experience in psychiatric/behavioral health or inpatient setting preferred Graduation from an accredited nursing program; eligibility to practice nursing in the state of Oklahoma Ability to work the listed shift (12-hour night shifts) and participate in required on-call or weekend coverage as needed Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the duration Guaranteed hours for the contract period Extension opportunities after the initial assignment
