Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an established pediatric outpatient behavioral health organization in Dade City, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a mission-driven pediatric behavioral health program serving children and adolescents
• Provide outpatient therapy, behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and counseling services
• Practice in a collaborative environment with experienced clinical and administrative support
• Make a lasting impact on children and families while maintaining exceptional work-life balance
• Opportunity to qualify for up to $100,000 in student loan repayment programs

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000
• Quality & Productivity Bonus Opportunities
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $100,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• No Weekends
• No Call

ROLE
• Provide individual therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients
• Complete behavioral health assessments and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and community resources
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination

• Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License REQUIRED
• Experience Providing Pediatric Behavioral Health Services Preferred
• Strong Individual Therapy, Assessment, And Treatment Planning Skills REQUIRED
• Passion For Improving Outcomes For Children And Families REQUIRED
• Excellent Communication And Documentation Skills REQUIRED
